What to Expect
Air Conditioning
Each Villa and Suite has its own air conditioning and heating unit with a wall mounted temperature control.
Boats & Activity Equipment Rentals
Enjoy Lake Osoyoos! The Spirit Ridge Beach House Bistro located right on the lake beachfront allows our guests to enjoy casual fare and snacks. Non-motorized watercraft rentals are available at special rates for guests, including canoes and kayaks. Access to a boat launch for the lake can be arranged with our Guest Services team. Mountain bikes are also available for rent so guests can enjoy cycling around beautiful Lake Osoyoos.
Check-In/Out
Check-in is 4pm. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
Children
Spirit Ridge Vineyard Resort & Spa gladly welcomes children; however, we kindly request that children under the age of 16 be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Kids under 18 with a parent/guardian – stay free!
Cribs
Cribs are available upon request through Guest Services on a first come, first serve basis.
Housekeeping
Daily pick-up of garbage/recycling and replacement of towels as required is provided between the hours of 11:00am and 5:00pm. Our staff will knock on your door and enter your suite to complete the pick up. Full chalet service (including fresh linens, etc.) will be provided on the third day of your stay – if you are staying for a week. A full clean including new linens is available on request for $75 at anytime during your stay.
Internet
All Villas and Suites at Spirit Ridge are equipped with complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access. If needed, internet cables are available through Guest Services and the hook up is located in the living room / dining room area. Please note that the Internet is shared access and Spirit Ridge is not responsible or liable for any damages or computer-related complications you may incur from using this shared network.
Kitchen
Each Villa and Suite at Spirit Ridge Vineyard Resort & Spa features a fully equipped kitchen. Dish soap and a dishwasher have been provided for your convenience. We kindly ask that prior to check-out that you clean all dishes, pots, pans, utensils and glassware you may have used. If necessary, the dishwasher may be left running at the time of your departure.
Parking
Complimentary parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.
Pets
Spirit Ridge Vineyard Resort & Spa is pleased to be a pet-friendly resort, as we believe that your pet is part of your family. Please indicate at the time of booking if you are bringing a pet as we only have a limited amount of pet friendly rooms. We kindly ask you to keep your pet on a leash while at the property and that you pick up after your pet. We also ask that pets are never left unattended. A daily pet charge of $20 will be applied to your room account. Please be advised that the guest will be held responsible for any damages to the units incurred by their pet(s).
Pool & Waterslide
Spirit Ridge’s outdoor pools, hot tubs and water slide are open daily from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Please note there will be no lifeguard on duty and children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Quiet Times
Spirit Ridge Vineyard Resort & Spa is a family-oriented property and as such, we kindly request that all guests respect the Quiet Times in place from 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m.

Smoking
Spirit Ridge Vineyard Resort & Spa is pleased to offer its guests a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or balconies but outside the building British Columbia laws apply.
Video Games
Spirit Ridge Vineyard Resort & Spa has video game units and a collection of games which guests may borrow from Guest Services, free of charge. Please note that games and/or units not returned within 24 hours of loan may be subject to late charges. Games and/or units that not returned will be charged to your account.
